
For the Third Year in a Row, Enterprise TEM Firm Scores More than 95% in Customer Satisfaction
February 2010, San Ramon, CA – vCom Solutions, the leading provider of Telecom Expense Management for Enterprise customers, announced the results of a national Customer Satisfaction Survey conducted in the last Quarter – of 2009. For the third consecutive year, vCom scored an overall Customer Satisfaction rating of 98%, with every division, from Sales to Provisioning, Support and Billing, scoring above 94%.

98% of respondents indicated vCom Solutions met or exceeded their company’s telecom needs. The respondents praised vCom’s professional services teams, particularly the Client Relations and Technical Support Teams for their responsiveness, knowledge, accuracy and timely updates. The new survey asked the respondents to score the various value propositions that vCom offered. vCom’s consolidated and clear invoice across all carriers, services and locations scored highest; followed by the ability to track all orders, tickets and contracts across all locations and carriers in one platform, vManager.
