vManager provides interactive graphs and charts that show monthly spend analysis across the organization, including Billing Trend, Spend by Product, Spend by Location, and Usage Analysis. In addition to basic spend-analysis, there are 30+ complex reports available to analyze telecom spend, including Charges by Cost Center, Inter-Office calls, and Zero Usage Inventory. Custom reports can be built, providing further visibility into a client’s telecom spend and inventory.
The Order and Case Management Module enables customers to gain visibility into order and ticket status, timelines, team assignment, inventory details, and notes. It provides a true collaboration platform allowing customers to interact with their vCom team on all open orders and tickets, across all products, locations and carriers.
The vManager portal enables customers to view their inventory across all carriers, by product, or by site, along with features and attributes; related inventory (ex: DIDs on circuits) is linked for ease of access. Customers can label their inventory in a manner meaningful to their business (ex: SF Internet Circuit, Accounting fax, etc.), and view disconnected inventory and associated history.
vManager is designed to fully automate the A/P process, eliminating the need for manual coding of invoices. The Cost Center Module provides the capability to determine exactly which inventory is assigned to each or multiple cost center(s). Once the assignment process has been completed during the implementation phase, coding your invoice becomes automated from here on out. Each month, as an invoice is loaded into vManager, an automated process will allocate charges based on specific business needs. The result is an A/P File which summarizes the allocated amounts by Cost Center. vManager’s Dashboard reporting is fully integrated into the Cost Center module, providing Accounting staff and CFOs alike, the tools needed to gain visibility into all Telecom expenses.
vManager supports 3rd Party Invoice and Inventory Management. vManager would display additional carrier’s retail invoices, for example a customer’s wireless invoice. Support for 3rd Party Invoices includes support for customer-configured 3rd Party Inventory, and inventory assignment at the Employee level. The enhanced invoice-rendering engine enables Invoice Normalization, which means customers can now see all invoices from all carriers in one view, and in a common and simple format. The advent of wireless invoice management drives the need for device management. Customers can leverage vManager to document wireless inventory, plans, etc., making it easier to audit monthly spend. Similar to any invoice in vManager, vCom’s superior reporting tools allow for 3rd Party spend analysis, which ultimately provides customers total telecom spend visibility.
