vCom Earns 97% in Customer Satisfaction


San Ramon, CA – vCom Solutions, the leading provider of Telecom Expense and Inventory Management, announced the results of a national Customer Satisfaction Survey conducted in Q2-08.


For the second year in a row, vCom scored an overall Customer Satisfaction rating of 97%, with every division, from Sales to Provisioning, Support and Billing, scoring above 95%.


“This speaks volumes to our team’s commitment to providing legendary customer service, and is an outstanding accomplishment in the telecom world,” said Sameer Hilal, vCom’s COO.


The high satisfaction rating was coupled with a great response rate spanning National and Regional customers. 79% of respondents indicated that they would refer vCom to other firms and colleagues. “Nothing speaks to the success of an organization more than being referred by its customers,” commented Hilal.
